Billing & Payment
Payment is processed securely via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Sanbila does not store credit card numbers.
Prices are currently displayed in USD. For customers established in France, conversion to EUR is handled by Stripe at checkout. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code: LAS GROUP is under the French VAT exemption regime and therefore does not charge French VAT. This notice will be updated as soon as LAS GROUP exits the exemption regime.
Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Annual plans offer a discount equivalent to approximately two months free. When changing plans or billing intervals, prorated charges or credits are applied automatically.
Withdrawal right (EU consumers): Pursuant to Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code (which transposes EU Directive 2011/83), the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement of losing the right of withdrawal. By subscribing to a Sanbila plan and activating immediate access to the service, you expressly acknowledge that (i) performance of the contract begins upon subscription and (ii) you expressly and definitively waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. This waiver is recorded with timestamp, IP address, and user agent at the time of subscription.
No refunds: Given the waiver of the withdrawal right and immediate service activation, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; your access continues until the end of the current billing period at no extra cost.
Payment failure: If a payment fails, a 7-day grace period is granted. If the payment issue is not resolved within this period, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan.
Legal Guarantees
As a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from the following legal guarantees, regardless of any commercial warranty:
• Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): LAS GROUP commits to providing a service that conforms to the description and is free from major defects.
• Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code): If the service has a hidden defect that makes it unfit for use, you may request termination or a price reduction.
To invoke these guarantees, contact support@sanbila.com with a precise description of the issue. We commit to responding within 30 days.
Consumer Mediation
Pursuant to Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute with LAS GROUP that remains unresolved after a written complaint to our customer service (support@sanbila.com), you may seek free recourse from a consumer mediator.
The official designation of LAS GROUP's consumer mediator will be communicated shortly and published on this page. The official list of approved mediators in France is available at:
https://www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso
You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Referral to a mediator is free and does not prevent the initiation of a court action.
Limitation of Liability
Sanbila is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted availability.
LAS GROUP shall not be held liable for:
• Data loss caused by user error or hardware failure
• Interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice when possible.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, after attempting an amicable resolution (written complaint + consumer mediation), French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for consumers residing in France and the European Union, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012.
For business clients and consumers residing outside the European Union, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the Commercial Court of Bobigny (Seine-Saint-Denis, France).
Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users by email or through the application.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
